Dealers are reminded that the deadline to update the Uniform Consumer Credit Code (UCCC) Retailer’s License was July 1st. Those who missed the deadline should take immediate action to avoid additional fees.

  • Deadline Passed: The deadline for renewing the UCCC Retailer’s License has passed. Dealers are now in the grace period.
  • Grace Period and Fees: There is a 30-day grace period following the deadline. However, a late fee of $5 per day will be charged for each day the license remains expired after this period.
