> Endorsed Providers ~ Workers Compensation

The CADA Workers' Compensation Program is insured through Pinnacol Assurance and administered by Wells Fargo Insurance Services - they provide additional account management, training, and numerous resources for you to control and manage your workers compensation claims, costs, and premiums. Wells Fargo Insurance Services and Pinnacol Assurance conduct a quarterly safety committee meeting held at CADA offices to administer this program, review goals, and help ensure that participants are maintaining safe workplaces.

CADA members in this program have earned generous dividends while receiving industry leading claims and loss control services. A history of dividends over the past five years is below (payment years lag due to the added timeframe necessary for all losses to be incurred and reported):

Top Dealership Dividends for 2014

Dealership Dividends Paid
Johnson Auto Plaza $24,787
Tynan’s Auto Group $14,064
CO’s Auto Group $8,399
Red Noland Auto Group $21,177
Joe Ferguson Buick GMC $6,465

Attention! Your dealership may currently be insured with Pinnacol Assurance for Workers Compensation, but you may not be participating in the CADA association program. Numerous chambers and other organizations have programs as well.

If you find out you are insured with Pinnacol already, switching to the CADA Workers Compensation Program:

  • Requires no additional monetary outlay
  • Could even lead to greater refund/dividend checks for your dealership in the future
  • Can be completed by simply signing and returning a simple one-page agreement form.

While Wells Fargo Insurance Services provides added management and account services, they are also able to offer you (by state law) the same premium level you are currently paying with Pinnacol. Participating in the CADA program, will not increase your premiums, and it may save you money
