Colorado Department of Revenue - Auto Industry Division:

The Auto Industry Division of the Colorado Department of Revenue and the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board oversee the licensing and regulation of auto dealerships and salespersons in Colorado.

CADA strongly encourages consumers who have a dispute with any dealership to bring the dispute to the attention of someone at a higher level who may have the authority and ability to resolve the situation before a complaint is filed.
